Full Project Name: 18th Breeding Farm of Shandong Xianrun Food with an Annual Output of 3.25 Million Commercial Broilers

Construction Unit: Shandong Xianrun Food Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiantan Co., Ltd., Stock Code: 002746)

Location: Yaogezhuang Village, Changcheng Town, Zhucheng City, Weifang

Total Investment: 250 million RMB

Production Capacity: Annual slaughter of 3.25 million commercial broilers

II. Core Construction and Breeding Technology

Total land area: 61,672.72 ㎡ (approximately 92.5 mu)

Chicken house configuration: 15 commercial chicken houses in actual construction

Single house specifications: 87.5m in length, 15.5m in width, 5m in height, with a single building area of 1,356.25 ㎡

Single house capacity: 28,500 commercial broilers per house, with 6 batches raised annually

Overall production capacity: Annual slaughter of 3.25 million commercial broilers

III. Commissioning

Phase I: Equipment commissioning commenced in May 2025 with gradual production launch, and full operation achieved in July.

Phase II: Equipment commissioning will probably commence in August 2026 with gradual production launch, and full operation achieved this October.

IV. Core Equipment Configuration

Automated equipment: 560 sets of chicken cages, automatic feeding, automatic drinking, air-energy heating, environmental control system, exhaust fans, etc.

Manure treatment: 1,397 m³ manure storage, three-stage anaerobic sedimentation tank, and mortal broiler temporary storage room (50 ㎡)

Auxiliary facilities: 19 feed silos (20 tons each), 1 air-energy heating house (525 ㎡)
