With a central control system for one-button operation, the chain plate rotates at a steady speed, smoothly transporting the broiler chickens to the conveyor platform at the end of the cage, significantly reducing the intensity of manual chicken handling and enhancing the efficiency of chicken delivery.

Cage body system

The main frame is made of zinc-free hot-dip galvanized sheet with a zinc coating weight of 275g/m²;

Manure cleaning

The main auger adopts φ90/φ110 auger tubes, imported from South Africa. The turning points of the tubes are equipped with nylon bends for easier maintenance.

Chicken collection system

The horizontal chicken discharge system can automatically lift and lower according to requirements, enabling separate chicken discharge for each layer;
The chicken-collection round table serves as a temporary storage area for chickens, facilitating the operations of the chicken catchers.
