The main frame is made of zinc-free hot-dip galvanized sheet with a zinc coating weight of 275g/m²;
The cage net is welded using zinc-aluminum alloy wire, which has strong corrosion resistance;
The horizontal and vertical connection structures are sturdy and reliable, ensuring the cage body is stable and free from collapse;
The overall internal push type with bilateral net doors is adopted for ease of operation.

Manure cleaning

The longitudinal manure belt adopts 1.0mm thick white PP belt, featuring a smooth surface, high strength, complete feces cleaning, and no deviation;
The horizontal manure cleaning frame is treated with overall hot-dip galvanizing, and the conveyor belt is made of PVC material with a seamless connection design and installed in an overall circular manner to ensure strength. 

Feeding vehicle

Intermittent feeding ensures the feed quantity for each cage, with an accuracy error of ±2g per bird;
Automatically record, summarize, and analyze real-time material consumption data, and generate Excel reports;
A stable electrical control system that achieves integrated control, allowing both local and remote operations;

Drinking system

Self-service drinking system, which is convenient for raising the water line height to meet the needs of chickens of different ages;
Fully imported dosing device, with automatic flushing;
Reliable quality, avoidance of leakage, reduction of manual labor, and prevention of water line loss caused by human operational errors.

Silos and main feed line

The silo is assembled using double-sided galvanized sheets, with a galvanized layer thickness of 275g/㎡. The galvanized sheet material tower has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high strength, and long service life;
The main auger adopts φ90/φ110 auger tubes, imported from South Africa. The tube bends are made of nylon, making maintenance more convenient.
