Product features and usage advantages

Energy conservation and environmental protection: By using heat recovery devices in livestock and poultry houses, it is possible to achieve no or minimal heating during winter breeding periods, significantly reducing winter heating costs. At the same time, it reduces atmospheric pollution caused by traditional coal-fired heating, benefiting environmental protection.

Stable temperature inside the shed: The temperature fluctuation inside the shed can be controlled within ±1.5℃. The equipment automatically adjusts the variable frequency operation of air supply and exhaust to ensure stable temperature inside the shed. The heat recovery device in the livestock and poultry shed uses bagged ducts with micro-perforations for uniform air supply, with an air speed of 6-8m/s at the outlet, ensuring no dead zones for air supply inside the house.

Even air distribution without stress: The fresh air outside the livestock house is heated and pre-warmed by the heat recovery device in the livestock house, ensuring that the fresh air does not cause cold stress to the livestock.

Resistance to cold air infiltration: The heat recovery unit in livestock and poultry houses operates in a positive pressure air supply mode during winter, maintaining a zero or slightly positive pressure inside the house. It is capable of resisting strong 

wind infiltration from outside, cold air backflow from manure pits, and cold air infiltration due to poor building sealing.

Excellent air quality: The heat recovery device can increase the amount of fresh air ventilation without increasing heating costs. This makes the indoor air fresher, and harmful substances such as carbon dioxide, ammonia, and hydrogen sulfide can be controlled at lower concentrations. A good air environment promotes the healthy growth of poultry, reduces the incidence of respiratory diseases in poultry, and reduces medication use.
