Broiler Cage Sytstem
The main frame is made of zinc-free hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with a zinc coating weight of 275g/m².
The cage net is welded using hot-dip galvanized wire, providing strong corrosion resistance.
The horizontal and vertical connection structures are sturdy and reliable, ensuring the cage body is stable and free from collapse.
Adopting a double-sided door with an integrated inward push design, it provides ample space for chickens and is more convenient for human operation.
An operating vehicle track is provided for convenient inspection, catching chickens, and protecting the feeding trough.

Manure cleaning
The longitudinal manure belt is made of 1.0mm thick white PP belt, featuring a smooth surface, high strength, complete manure removal, and no deviation.

Feeding system
Two feeding methods are available: a seeder-type and a traveling-vehicle type.
Advantages of the seeder type: simple and efficient structure, low cost, suitable for newly built chicken houses.
Advantages of the vehicle type: compact structure, small space occupation, conducive to lighting arrangement; smooth and precise feeding, and less dependence on the flatness of the chicken house floor.
Different styles of leveling devices overcome uneven material distribution caused by uneven ground.
Water line system
The self-service drinking system allows for easy adjustment of the water line height to meet the needs of chickens of different ages.
Reliable quality, avoidance of leakage, reduction of manual labor, and prevention of water line loss caused by human operational errors.
Silos and main feed line
The silo is assembled using double-sided galvanized sheets with a galvanized layer thickness of 275g/㎡. The galvanized sheet silo has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high strength, and long service life.
The main auger adopts φ90/φ110 auger tubes, which are imported from South Africa. The turns of the tubes are made of nylon bends, making maintenance more convenient.
