Manure cleaning
The longitudinal feces belt adopts 1.0mm thick white PP belt, featuring a smooth surface, high strength, complete feces removal, and no deviation;
The horizontal feces cleaning frame is treated with overall hot-dip galvanizing, and the conveyor belt is made of PVC material with a seamless connection design and installed in a circular manner to ensure strength.
Feeding system
Intermittent feeding ensures the amount of feed for each cage, with an accuracy error of ±2g per bird;
Automatically record, summarize, and analyze real-time material consumption data, and generate Excel reports;

Drinking system
Self-service drinking water system, equipped with an automatic backwash pressure regulator, facilitates quick and convenient flushing of the water line;

Silo and main feed line
The silo is assembled using double-sided galvanized sheets, with a galvanized layer thickness of 275g/㎡. The galvanized sheet material tower has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high strength, and long service life;
The main auger adopts φ90/φ110 auger tubes, which are imported from South Africa. The turning points of the tubes are made of nylon bends, making maintenance more convenient.
