The 600-head original breeding pig farm of Beidahuang Agricultural Reclamation Group, provided with an integrated intelligent system solution by Foreway, has officially started production and use. This marks the addition of a smart, digital, and standardized modern demonstration farm in China's high-end pig breeding sector, providing strong infrastructure support to ensure the safety of pig breeding sources and to promote the revitalization of the breeding industry.

Pregnancy barns use free-access gestation stalls with precise feeding methods. Sows can freely enter and exit the stalls, entering the stall when feeding and roaming freely in the activity area at other times. This reduces physical injuries and psychological stress associated with traditional stalls, improves animal welfare, and increases conception rates.

The farrowing house adopts adjustable farrowing pens with back-in, back-out design and precise feeding methods. The farrowing house entirely uses plastic flooring for sows, balancing protection of the sows' limbs with optimization of the piglets' living environment, while also reducing later operational and maintenance costs for the pig farm, and meeting the requirements of modern welfare farming.

The fattening house is made of 50mm thick PP panels, which are impact-resistant, wear-resistant, and have a long service life. They protect the pigs' limbs, reduce stress and injury, are easy to clean and disinfect, lower the risk of disease, provide sound insulation and noise reduction, and improve the indoor environment.

The Beidahuang 600-head original breed pig farm uses the V3 controller independently designed and developed by Foreway throughout the entire facility, precisely controlling the environmental temperature inside the barns, and is integrated into the Internet of Things system, allowing data import, export, query, analysis, main report generation, as well as remote monitoring and maintenance operations anytime and anywhere through the cloud platform.
