Incubation Case

The commissioning of Zhucheng Yisheng Hatchery marks another breakthrough for Foreway in the field of EPC engineering for large-scale intensive hatcheries. Leveraging its one-stop service capabilities of "planning and design - equipment integration - construction delivery", the company assists its clients in achieving capacity upgrades, quality assurance, and sustainable development.


The project adopts internationally leading intelligent environmental control systems and hatching equipment, becoming a benchmark project for modern poultry hatching in Shandong Province.

The project is located in Hongtumiaozi Village, Shiqiaozi Town, Zhucheng City, Weifang City, Shandong Province. The total construction area of the incubation workshop is approximately 11,300 square meters, utilizing a steel structure combined with clean board construction. Once the project reaches its full capacity, it will be able to incubate 141 million hatching eggs annually and produce approximately 120 million chicks, significantly enhancing the breeding and hatching capacity of Yisheng Stock in North China.

As a key equipment supplier and system integrator for the project, Foreway participated in the planning, design, and construction throughout the entire process, mainly completing the following tasks:
1. Planning and design alignment: Collaborate with the design institute to optimize details such as power, lighting, drainage, ceiling partitions, etc., for the factory area and incubation workshop.
2. Incubation environmental control system:
Install the ventilation equipment for the hatching/chickening room provided by Petersen;
Provide the supply and commissioning of environmental control equipment for functional areas such as egg storage and day-old chick area.

3. Energy and ancillary facilities:
Equipped with a cold and heat source unit and a hydraulic distribution system, it ensures precise and stable temperature control;
We provide water treatment equipment, compressed air systems, high-pressure cleaning systems, and water supply pipelines.

4. Power assurance: Complete the installation and commissioning of workshop power cables and power boxes.
The environmental control system of this project adopts the closed water circulation technology independently developed by Foreway, which possesses the following advantages:
1. Long-term stability: The pipeline is filled with antifreeze, effectively preventing rust and scaling, thereby extending the lifespan of the equipment;
2. Intelligent energy saving: The cold and heat source hosts operate in zones and groups, supporting mutual backup, balancing energy consumption optimization and system safety;
3. Precise regulation: Through the linkage of proportional valves and surface air coolers of fresh air handling units, precise control of temperature and humidity within ±0.1℃ in the incubation environment is achieved.
